St. Jacobs Midwives is a community-based midwifery practice offering inclusive, and client‑centered care.  We are seeking a friendly, organized, and adaptable Administrative Assistant to support our clinic team and clients at our St. Jacobs office.

This role is ideal for someone looking for meaningful work with flexibility, as hours may vary slightly from day to day.

POSITION DETAILS 
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, approximately 6 hours per day (flexible by clinic needs)
• Compensation: $23–$26 per hour + benefits package
• Vacation: 3 weeks paid vacation
• Start Date: June 1, 2026

ABOUT THE ROLE 
You will be the first point of contact for clients, support daily clinic operations, and assist midwives with administrative and scheduling tasks. Work includes reception, appointment booking in Accuro EMR, document management, and general office coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS 
• Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is an asset
• Knowledge of Ontario Midwifery is an asset
• Experience with Accuro EMR and Microsoft Office is highly valued
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort working in a busy, people‑centred environment
